<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perlindungan Hukum Bagi Konsumen Korban Penipuan Jual Beli Mobil Melalui Aplikasi Facebook. Untuk Mengetahui Dan Menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Konsumen Korban Penipuan Jual Beli Mobil Melalui Aplikasi Facebook. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwah Pada prinsipnya Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Konsumen Korban Penipuan Jual Beli Mobil Melalui Aplikasi Facebook adalah diwujudkan melalui penerimaan dan pemberian layanan laporan pengaduan kepada masyarakat yang kemudian laporan tersebut akan diproses melalui tindak penyidikan dan penyelidikan dengan berpedoman pada Undang-undang nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Salah satu bentuk perlindungan terhadap korban kejahatan dan merupakan hak dari korban tindak pidana adalah mendapatkan kompensasi dan restitusi. Perlindungan yang diberikan oleh kepolisian sejalan dengan yang terdapat prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam diantaranya prinsip keadilan, prinsip amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, prinsip persamaan, dan prinsip tolong menolong. Dalam Variabel Independen penelitian ini yaitu Faktor yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat antara lain: Faktor Pengetahuan Hukum, Kesadaran Masyarakat, Budaya Masyarakat, Sarana Dan Fasilitas. The research objective is to analyze the legal protection for consumers who are victims of car buying and selling fraud via the Facebook application. To find out and analyze the factors that influence legal protection for consumers who are victims of car buying and selling fraud via the Facebook application. The research uses normative and empirical legal research. The results of the research are that in principle legal protection for consumers who are victims of car buying and selling fraud via the Facebook application is realized through receiving and providing complaint report services to the public, which then reports will be processed through investigations and inquiries guided by Law number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. One form of protection for crime victims and a right of crime victims is to receive compensation and restitution. The protection provided by the police is in line with the principles of Islamic law, including the principle of justice, the principle of good and evil, the principle of equality, and the principle of mutual assistance. In the Independent Variables of this research, the factors that influence the dependent variable include: Legal Knowledge, Community Awareness, Community Culture, Facilities and Facilities.]]>
