<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia dalam pemajuan terhadap hak memperoleh keadilan serta mengetahui secara objektif faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia terhadap hak memperoleh keadilan di Wilayah Hukum Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Tipe penelitian atau pendekatan penelitian ini dianatarnya; (1) Penelitian hukum normatif (normative law research) dan Penelitian hukum normatif-empris (applied law research). Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia di Wilayah Hukum Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah; a) Faktor internal: 1). Faktor ego serta mementingkan diri sendiri. 2). Rendahnya kesadaran atas Hak Asasi Manusia setiap individu. 3). Kurangnya sikap toleransi. dan b). Faktor eksternal; 1). Kebijakan pemerintah, kondisi politik, ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights in promoting the right to obtain justice and to objectively find out the factors that influence the implementation of Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights regarding the right to obtain justice in the Provincial Legal Area Central Sulawesi. This type of research or research approach includes; (1) Normative legal research and applied law research. The results of research in the field show that the factors influencing the implementation of Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights in the Legal Area of Central Sulawesi Province; a) Internal factors: 1). Ego and self-centred factors. 2). Low awareness of the Human Rights of every individual. 3). Lack of tolerance. and b). External factors; 1). Government policies, political, economic and socio-cultural conditions.]]>
