Latar belakang : Saat ini remaja putri di Indonesia mengalami masalah gizi, yakni sekitar 23% mengalami anemia, sebagian diakibatkan kekurangan za tbesi. Perempuan lebih rawan, ini disebabkan perempuan mengalami menstruasi yang mengakibatkan zat besi banyak hilang. Kacang-kacangan yang mengandung zat besi tinggi adalah kacang hijau dengan penyajian sari kacang hijau.Tujuan : Penelitian ini diharapkan mengetahui pengaruh sari kacang hijau terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dan mengetahui perbedaan kadar Hb sebelum dan sesudah mengkonsumsinya.Metode penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik, desain quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest-Postest design. Peneliti melakukan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil pengukuran akan dibandingkan. Dengan populasi 36 remaja putri. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Purposive sampling, didasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 28 responden. Sebelum intervensi responden dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar Hb. Dilakukan intervensi selama 7 hari setiap pagi dan sore dengan masing-masing 300ml dari 100gr kacang hijau yang dimasak dengan 750ml air. Setelah intervensi, pada hari ke 8 dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar Hb kembali.Hasil dan kesimpulan : Diperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata kadar Hb setelahintervensi sebesar 12,821, standar deviasi1,2273 standareror0,2319, hasil rata-rata terendah yaitu10,9,hasil tertinggi15,4, Hasil analisa uji tdidapatp value0,000 α (0,05) berarti Ha diterima, artinya adapengaruh Sari Kacang Hijau Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Remaja Putri Di Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Qur’an Albalagh. Dapat disimpulkan, sari kacang hijau dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri di pondok pesantren tersebut. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan informasi pondok pesantren untuk memberikan sari kacang hijau sebagai makanan tambahan untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada santriwati-santriwatinya. Kata Kunci            : Sari Kacang Hijau, Kadar HB, Remaja Putri ABSTRACT : THE EFFECT OF MUNG BEAN EXTRACT ON INCREASING HEMOGLOBIN LEVEL IN ADOLESCENT WOMEN IN SABILUL QUR'AN ALBALAGH ISLAMICBOARDING SCHOOL PUGUNG RAHARJO EAST LAMPUNG IN 2021Background :Adolescentwomen in Indonesia are now experiencing nutritional problems, which is about 23% experiencing anemia, some of them due to iron deficiency. Women are more vulnerable, this is because women experience menstruation which causes a lot of iron to be lost. Some nuts that contain high iron are mung beans by serving the extract of mung bean. This study is expected to determine the effect of mung bean extract on increasing hemoglobin levels and to determine the difference in Hb levels before and after consuming it.Objective : The researchtype is analytic with quasi-experimental design ofOne Group Pretest-Posttest approach. Researchers conducted measurements before and after the intervention. The measurement results will be compared. Study population of 36 adolescent women, Sampling with purposive sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Total sample that qualified the criteria are 28 respondents. Prior to the intervention, respondents were checked for Hb levels. Intervention was carried out for 7 days every morning and evening with 300ml of 100gr of mung beans cooked with 750ml of water. After the intervention, on day 8, the Hb level was rechecked.Results and conclusion : The average Hb level after the intervention was 12.821, the standard deviation was 1.2273, the standard error was 0.2319, the lowest average was 10.9, and the highest was 15.4. The results of the t-test analysis obtained p value 0.000 (0.05) means Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of Mung Bean Extract on Increasing Hemoglobin Levels in Adolescent Women at the Sabilul Qur'an Albalagh Islamic Boarding School. It can be concluded that mung bean extract can increase hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls in the Islamic boarding school.
