ABSTRAKLatar belakang: pevalensi anemia remaja usia 5-14 tahun sebesar 26,4% dan 18,4% penderita berumur 15-24 tahun, di Provinsi Lampung sebanyak 69,7% siswi mengalami anemia lebih tinggi dari angka nasional sekitar 63,3%. Anemia dapat menyebabkan cepat lelah, gangguan konsentrasi belajar dan prestasi menurun. slah satu penanganan anemia dapat mengkonsumsi Buat bit yang mengandung kadar asam folat yaitu 109µg, zat besi 0.80 mg dari buah bit segar per 100 mg dan 4,9 mg Vit C.Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah bit terhadap peningkatan kadar Hemoglobin pada remaja putri yang mengalami anemia di MTs Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islah Sukadamai Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian pra ekperiment dengan pendekatan One group pretest-posttest, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah santri MTs di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlah Sukadamai kecamatan Natar kabupaten Lampug Selatan Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 20 orang sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji t)Hasil: penelitian diketahui Rata-rata nilai kadar Hb sebelum diberikan jus buah bit adalah 10,4 gr.dl dengan standar deviasi 0,230. Rata-rata nilai kadar Hb sesudah diberikan jus buah bit adalah 11,4 gr/dl dengan standar deviasi 0,58.Kesimpulan: Ada Pengaruh Konsumsi Jus Buah Bit Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hb Pada Remaja Putri Di MTS Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Islah Sukadamai Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Tahun 2020 T-Test T Hitung, 7,375, p-value = 0,000).Saran: peneliti untuk remaja putri mencegah anemia dapat dilakukan dengan mengkonsumsi jus buah bit ABSTRACTBackground: The prevalence of anemic adolescent was known 26.4% aged between 5 and 14 years and 18.4% aged between 14 and 24 years. Anemia may cause exhausted easily, concentration difficulty in learning, and decreasing achievement. One of anemia treatments is consuming beets because it contains 109µg folic acid, 0.80 mg iron per 100 mg fresh beets, and 4.9 mg Vitamin C.Pourpuse: The objective of this study was to identify the effect of beets juice on the increase of hemoglobin count on anemic adolescent girls at MTs Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlah Sukadamai of Natar Subdistrict of Lampung Selatan Regency.Methods: This was a quantitative study with pre-experiment research method and One group pretest posttest approach. the samples are 20 school girls at MTs Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlah Sukadamai of Natar Subdistrict of Lampung Selatan Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection was through observation sheet. The data analysis was through univariate and bivariate (T-Test). The result: of this study revealed that the average Hb Count before drinking beets juice was 10.4 gr/dL with deviation standard 0.230. The average Hb count after drinking beets juice was 11.4 gr/dL with deviation standard 0.58. Conclusion: It can be implied that beet juice influence the hemoglobin count of the school girls at at MTs Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ishlah Sukadamai of Natar Subdistrict of Lampung Selatan Regency in 2020 because the T-Test T Count, 7.375, p value = 0.000.Suggestion: The adolescent girls are suggested to drink beets juice in order to prevent anemia.
