In accordance with the Indonesian Constitution of 1945, land use management is crucial for regulating land usage in order to establish a just, prosperous, and prosperous society. This research applies a normative legal approach to analyze the land use management arrangements enacted under the Job Creation Act Number 6 Year 2023. The control of land use continues to be committed on spatial planning and environmental plans (sustainable development). Suitability of Spatial Utilization is a regulatory innovation that replaces numerous spatial usage licenses such as principle permits, location permits, land utilization permits, and building construction permits. The government also continues to require that Environmental Carrying Capacity and Strategic Environmental Assessment be integrated throughout the drafting or evaluation of spatial planning. In addition to regulating land rights or management rights in above ground and underground land, the Job Creation Act enhances laws for the control and utilization of abandoned land.
