<![CDATA[This research aims to determine problems regarding church growth in the Javanese Christian church in Tawangmangu, Ngargoyoso area. This research aims to determine problems regarding church growth in the Gereja Kristen Jawa in Tawangmangu, Ngargoyoso area. The problem with church growth that occurred was because the congregation did not feel the presence of God or the work of the Holy Spirit in the church, the immaturity of the congregation's faith, the lack of the role of the church council in leadership, and the lack of preaching the gospel. This caused the number of congregations to decrease quantitatively. So the church needs to carry out an evaluation in service so that the congregation becomes mature in faith and carries out preaching of God's salvation or evangelism, so that the church can grow quantitatively.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan tentang pertumbuhan gereja, di Gereja Kristen Jawa Tawangmangu wilayah Ngargoyoso. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa permasalahan tentang pertumbuhan gereja yang terjadi adalah karena jemaat tidak merasakan hadirat Tuhan atau karya Roh Kudus di gereja, belum dewasanya iman jemaat, kurangnya peran majelis gereja dalam kepemimpinan, dan kurangnya pemberitaan injil. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah jemaat menurun secara kuantitatif. Maka gereja perlu melakukan evaluasi dalam pelayanan supaya jemaat menjadi dewasa dalam iman dan melakukan pemberitaan penyelamatan Allah atau penginjilan, supaya gereja bisa bertumbuh secara kuantitatif.]]>
