<![CDATA[AbstrakPT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumatera Bagian Selatan merupakan perusahaan yangmenjalankan proses bisnis berupa perdagangan, penanganan bahan bakar, manajemen armada dandepot, serta menjalankan rantai kegiatan bisnis hilir pertamina di area Sumatera Selatan. Salah satuarea kerja yang sangat penting dalam proses distribusi bahan bakar minyak adalah area NGS (NewGantry System) yang berfungsi sebagai tempat diisinya bahan bakar minyak ke dalam mobil tangkisekaligus tempat penyegelan tangki mobil tangki oleh driver sekaligus operator penyegelan sebelummobil tangki menuju tujuan masing-masing sesuai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasilobservasi, ditemukan bahwa operator bekerja dengan posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis selama bekerjapada area NGS (New Gantry System). Ketidakergonomisan posisi kerja tersebut terbukti berisiko danperlu tindakan setelah dilakukan penilaian dan wawancara terhadap operator penyegelan tangki.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis risiko ketidakergonomisan posisi kerja menggunakanmetode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan analisis keberdampakan posisi kerja menggunakanQuick Exposure Check (QEC). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa kedelapanoperator penyegelan bekerja pada posisi yang berisiko dan memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut sertaperbaikan segera. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan rekomendasi perbaikan posisi kerja pada pemasanganmanhole upper dan penerapan alat bantu untuk memperbaiki postur kerja pada pemasangan segelmahole bottom.Kata kunci: posisi kerja; ergonomi; REBA. Based on the observation results, it wasfound that the operator worked in an unergonomic working position while working in the NGS (NewGantry System) area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the risk of unergonomic workingpositions using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method and analyze the exposure of workingposition using the Quick Exposure Check (QEC).
