AbstrakPT ITCI Hutani Manunggal merupakan perusahaan swasta yang terletak di Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur. Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang Hutan Tanaman Industri dan memiliki salah satu prosesnya yaitu pembibitan. Bibit tanaman yang akan ditanam harus melalui proses penilaian kualitas terlebih dahulu dengan proses yang disebut Premium Seedling Quality Assessment. Ditemui bahwa assessor Premium Seedling Quality Assessment sering kali ditemui assessor yang melakukan penilaian bibit dalam posisi jongkok dikarenakan tidak tersedianya meja yang dapat digunakan. Apabila hal ini terus terjadi secara berulang-ulang dapat berisiko menyebabkan musculoskeletal disorders. Untuk itu dilakukan pengukuran keluhan menggunakan Nordic Body Map dan penilaian postur kerja menggunakan REBA. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah postur kerja assessor 1 memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dan assessor 2 memiliki tingkat risiko sedang. Keduanya membutuhkan perbaikan postur kerja sehingga dilakukan perancangan alat bantu kerja berupa kursi dan meja yang dapat dipindah sesuai lokasi yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan dimensi antropometri. Hasil penilaian postur kerja setelah penggunaan alat bantu kerja menunjukkan perubahan dimana postur kerja assessor 1 menjadi memiliki tingkat risiko sedang dan assessor 2 menjadi memiliki tingkat risiko rendah.Kata kunci: antropometri, musculoskeletal disorders, nordic body map, REBA, postur kerjaAbstract[Proposed Improvement to Work Posture of Premium Seedling Quality Assessment Assessors Using the Nordic Body Map, REBA and Anthropometric Approaches (Case Study: PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal)] PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal is a company located in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan. The company is engaged in Industrial Plantation Forest and has one of its processes called Premium Seedling Quality Assessment, which involves evaluating the quality of seedlings before planting. It was found that assessors conducting the Premium Seedling Quality Assessment often assess the seedlings in a crouched position due to the unavailability of a seeds table. If this continues repeatedly, it may pose a risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, complaints were measured using the Nordic Body Map, and the work posture was assessed using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). The results obtained showed that the work posture of assessor 1 had a high-risk level, and assessor 2 had a moderate-risk level. Both require improvements in work posture, so working tools in the form of chair and table that can be moved according to the required location are designed based on anthropometric dimensions. The results of the work posture assessment after using working tools showed changes where the work posture of assessor 1 now having a moderate-risk level and assessor 2 having a low-risk level.Keywords: anthropometry, musculoskeletal disorders, nordic body map, REBA, work posture
