This study aims to determine how effective the implementation of Sritex management and rewards is in reducing employee turnover Music Group in Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quantitative research design for its investigation. Fifty-five respondents, all of whom work in a band in Bandar Lampung, were interviewed for this study. Probability sampling using a quota sampling approach was used in this study. Two independent variables (X1 and X2), one dependent variable (Y). Validity, reliability, models, and hypothesis testing are components of this investigation. The regression analysis used is simple and multiple regression. The results of the study emphasize that employee turnover intentions (Y) are influenced by Sritex management (X1) by 33.3%. The magnitude of the influence of appreciation (X2) in reducing employee turnover intentions (Y) is 32.2%. Sritex management (X1) and rewards (X2) together have an effect on reducing employee turnover intentions by 38.5%.
