This research analyzes the application of the wakalah bil ujrah contract in determining tariffs on BRILink transactions. The aim of this research is to describe the determination of tariffs on BRILink transactions and analyze the practice of wakalah bil ujrah contracts on BRILINK transactions. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using interviews. Research findings show that setting rates for BRILink transactions at the agent level reflects the principles of transparency and compliance with the regulations stipulated in the contract. BRILINK agents are required to notify customers of transaction fees before the transaction is carried out and information regarding fees must be clearly and openly available at each agent.
