Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM kuliner di Kota Bekasi. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di bagikan kepada 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS dengan media software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM kuliner di Kota Bekasi. The purpose of this research is to understand the effects of market orientation, entrepreneurship orientation, and self-efficacy on the performance of culinary based SMEs in Bekasi City. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection process involves questionnaire being handed out to 50 eligible respondents. The data was then analysed and examined using the SEM PLS method by using the data analysing software SmartPLS 4.0. The research found that market orientation, entrepreneurship orientation, and self-efficacy had influence on the performance of culinary SMEs in Bekasi City.
