Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether there is significant relationship between inflation and exchange rate against the company's production costs. The data used are secondary data where the dependent variable data obtained from the cost of production period January 2006 - December 2007, while for the independent variables obtained from inflation and exchange rate for the period January 2006 - December 2007. Methods of data collection is done by using observations. To find out the results of this study, the classical assumption testing and testing hypotheses of multiple regression models with the help of the computer program SPSS version 14.00. Based on the analysis and discussion that has been done, the conclusion that there is significant relationship between inflation and exchange rate against the company's production costs for the period January 2006 –December 2007.

Abstract

Mutual funds had become an investment alternative for the Indonesian people who wanted to invest in the stock market but have limited knowledge, money, and time. But it is not easy anyway to determine which mutual funds can be a good option for investors, especially in the type of mutual fund shares that have the highest rate of return at the same risk as compared to other types of mutual funds. Recorded in 2007, JCI continued to rise significantly throughout the year, but in 2008 had a significant reduction is also due to the supreme case of mortgage and again increased in 2009 which exceeded the increase in 2007. In market conditions that rise and fall like that assessment of the performance of mutual fund shares using the method of Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen. The results showed that 9 out of 30 equity funds have consistently performing above the market's performance during 2007 to 2009, the equity funds Fortis Equity, Primary Shares, Prima Equity Fund, First State Indoequity Sectoral Fund, Mandiri Investa Attractive, Equity Funds mainstay, Bahana Prima Fund, Schroder Plus Achievement Fund, and Aggressive Investment NAM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leverage, profitability, information asymmetry, and the gain on the fair value difference on the selection of the fair value method for investment property by PSAK 13. The population of this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample selected by purposive sampling amounted to 53 companies. The data processing technique uses the STATA 14.2 program. Logistic regression is used to analyze the hypothesis. Findings. The results of this study indicate that leverage, profitability, and information asymmetry do not affect the selection of the fair value method for an investment property. However, the gain on fair value difference negatively affects the choice of the fair value method for an investment property.

Abstract

The success of college graduates in a career is determined by the accuracy in choosing studies in college. Determination of study programs in college will be made by high school graduates when continuing their studies in college. Third grade high school students need to have adequate knowledge and information about the higher education system and their potential through brain color test before deciding to choose a college and study program. The PKM activity was carried out to equip 3rd grade students of SMAN 78 West Jakarta in the 2015/2016 academic year as partners. From the PKM activities carried out, partners are more interested in operational knowledge and information about universities, faculties, departments, study programs, accreditation, campus activities, tuition fees, scholarships, and graduate careers. The brain color of students is quite evenly distributed between students with type A (yellow), B (green), C (blue), and D (orange). Without classifying students based on their majors or gender, it turns out that the highest mind color is for type A (yellow) and the lowest is type D (orange), although the difference is not too large. However, there is a difference in the most types of mind color between science and social studies students. For science students, more are type A (yellow), while social studies students are type B (green). Male students' mind color is more type C (blue), while female students are type A (yellow).

Abstract

Generally, economic inequality is found in rural areas. However, it can also occur in urban areas, such as in RW 08, Cibodas Village, Cibodas Subdistrict, Tangerang City, Banten. They generally experience difficulties in accessing the existing financial system. The requirements of financing institutions such as banks are difficult to fulfill because of their lack of skills and capital. Their lack of skills is due to their low level of education. As a result of low education, it is difficult to get a decent job and difficult to get financing from banks. The solution offered for some people like this is to be given training to find out the role of cooperatives including sharia cooperatives and the procedures for their establishment. This is because cooperatives are basically from, by and for members. The cooperatives referred to here can be savings and loan cooperatives, service cooperatives, trade and production cooperatives. By knowing the role and procedures for its establishment, it is hoped that difficulties in obtaining access to financing for the benefit of family and community economic development will find a way out. This training has proven to be able to increase community knowledge about the role of cooperatives and the procedures for their establishment

Abstract

In 2020, DGIP received the WBK title as a form of implementing bureaucratic reform. The performance report of the DGIP for 2022 states that there is still output that has not optimally reached the target due to various factors. Organizational commitment, information technology, and employee development are among the component points that are used as an assessment in achieving the WBK predicate. The inconsistencies that exist in previous research are interesting for further research. This research aims to test the influence of organizational commitment, information technology, and employee development as independent variables on performance as the dependent variable and the WBK predicate as a moderating variable. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods with primary data through questionnaires tested on 120 selected respondents. The selected sample consisted of employees who had worked for more than 4 years. Data processing uses the SPSS version 27 program to test validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and moderation. The results of this research are that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, technology has an insignificant effect on employee performance, employee development has an effect on employee performance, the WBK predicate as a moderating variable strengthens the variables of organizational commitment, information technology, and employee development on employee performance. Suggestions for other researchers to look for other independent variables because the R square value is 34.8% so there is still 65.2% influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. Pada tahun 2020, DJKI sudah mendapatkan predikat WBK sebagai wujud pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Laporan kinerja Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual tahun 2022 disebutkan bahwa masih terdapat output yang belum secara maksimal mencapai target yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Komitmen organisasi, peningkatan pelayanan melalui teknologi informasi, dan pengembangan pegawai merupakan salah satu butir komponen yang menjadi penilaian dalam pencapaian predikat WBK. Inkonsistensi yang ada pada penelitian sebelumnya menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut sehingga penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi, teknologi informasi, dan pengembangan pegawai sebagai variabel independen terhadap kinerja sebagai variabel dependen serta predikat WBK sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data primer melalui kuesioner yang diujikan pada responden terpilih melalui metode purposive sampling sebanyak 120 (seratus dua puluh) orang pejabat dan pegawai. Sampel yang terpilih terdiri atas pejabat dan pegawai yang telah bekerja selama lebih dari 4 tahun. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 27 untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan moderasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai, teknologi berpengaruh tidak signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai, pengembangan pegawai berpengaruh kepada kinerja pegawai, predikat zona integritas WBK sebagai variabel moderasi memperkuat variabel komitmen organisasi, teknologi informasi, dan pengembangan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan DJKI Kemenkumham. Saran untuk peneliti lain untuk mencari variabel independen lain yang diduga dapat memengaruhi kinerja pegawai karena nilai R-square sebesar 34,8% sehingga masih terdapat 65,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic which has lasted for three years has forced many people to adapt to a new way of life, including in the world of professional work. Those who previously had the habit of working from the office suddenly had to work at home, which means that each individual had to adapt again to dividing their time between work and daily activities at home. Of course, it cannot be denied that this has a big impact on productivity, effectiveness, and quality of work. Therefore, through this research, testing was carried out to find differences in the quality of results in terms of work productivity, job satisfaction, and organizational culture between work from home and work from offices within the scope of research in the capital city of Jakarta. By using a quantitative approach, this research used a questionnaire sample of 300 respondents from various professional backgrounds. Refers to observational methods that emphasize real field data. So, the findings provide a real picture of how working from home has a positive and significant impact on work productivity and job satisfaction compared to working regularly (from the office). However, from an organizational culture perspective, working from the office has a more positive and significant impact than working from home. Pandemi Covid-19 yang berlangsung selama tiga tahun memaksa banyak kalangan untuk beradaptasi dengan cara hidup baru, tidak terkecuali dunia profesional kerja. Yang semula memiliki kebiasaan bekerja dari kantor seketika harus bekerja di rumah, itu berarti setiap individu harus beradaptasi kembali dalam membagi waktu antara bekerja dengan kegiatan sehari-hari di rumah. Tentu hal ini tidak dipungkiri banyak memengaruhi produktivitas dan efektivitas serta kualitas kerja. Karenanya melalui penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian yang bertujuan untuk menemukan perbedaan kualitas hasil dalam hal produktivitas, kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi antara bekerja dari rumah berbanding bekerja dari kantor dalam lingkup penelitian daerah ibu kota Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini mengambil sampel kuesioner sebanyak 300 responden yang tersebar di berbagai macam latar belakang profesi. Mengacu kepada metode observasional yang menekankan pada data riil lapangan. Sehingga didapat temuan yang memberikan gambaran nyata mengenai bekerja dari rumah memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas serta kepuasan kerja dibandingkan bekerja reguler (dari kantor). Namun, dilihat dari sisi budaya organisasi, bekerja dari kantor lebih memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dibandingkan bekerja dari rumah.

Abstract

The gaming industry is an entertainment field that has a wide market with consistent growth both in revenue and technology. A lot of big company have been trying to capitalize this growth to produce AAA video game with high budget and selling them digitally. This research is done to understand the effect of perceived price and perceived quality to purchased intention of AAA digital video game with perceived value as mediation variable. This research is done its quantitative method and comparative casual design to understand cause and effect relationship. Based on the result of the analysis, perceived price, perceived quality and perceived value both affect purchase intention positively while perceived quality affect perceived value and perceive value partially mediate relation between perceived quality and purchase intention. Through the analysis result, the suggestion for game developer is to increase quality and value perceived by the customer for their production while keeping the price on the best position to ensure customer will have intent to purchase their product. Industri game merupakan bidang hiburan yang memiliki pasar yang luas dengan pertumbuhan yang konsisten, baik dalam hal pendapatan maupun teknologi. Banyak perusahaan besar telah mencoba memanfaatkan pertumbuhan ini untuk memproduksi video game AAA dengan budget tinggi dan menjualnya secara digital. Penelitian berikut dilakukan untuk memahami pengaruh persepsi harga dan persepsi kualitas terhadap niat pembelian pelanggan untuk video game digital AAA melalui persepsi nilai sebagai variabel mediasi untuk memastikan produk tersebut terjual dengan baik karena anggaran untuk memproduksinya yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian comparative casual untuk memahami hubungan sebab akibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, persepsi harga, persepsi kualitas, dan persepsi nilai memengaruhi niat pembelian secara positif sedangkan persepsi kualitas memengaruhi nilai yang dipersepsikan dan persepsi nilai memediasi sebagian hubungan antara persepsi kualitas dan niat pembelian. Melalui hasil analisis, saran bagi pengembang game adalah meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai yang dipersepsikan oleh pelanggan untuk produksi mereka sambil menjaga harga pada posisi terbaik untuk memastikan pelanggan akan memiliki niat untuk membeli produk mereka.

Abstract

The fashion industry is a field that has a broad market with trends and consumer preferences that continue to change and develop. PT International Prospecta Garmindo is a garment company that produces casual clothing products. Now, the casual clothing trend is increasingly hyped and has high potential. This trend causes the number of competitors to increase thus having an impact on the purchase intentions of the company's products. This research aims to determine a new marketing strategy to increase purchase intentions for the company's garment products. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data collection method was conducted through interviews with company managers and employees, and the analysis method was performed using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix method. Based on the analysis results, PT International Prospecta Garmindo is in the hold and maintain quadrant in the IE matrix and Quadrant I in the SWOT Quadrant, so it can try to use alternative aggressive strategies from the results of the SWOT Matrix. Through QSPM analysis, the best SO strategy is to maintain and improve the company's position, as well as strengthen the company's relationship with customers. Industri fashion merupakan bidang yang mempunyai pasar yang luas dengan tren dan preferensi konsumen yang terus berubah dan berkembang. PT International Prospecta Garmindo merupakan perusahaan garmen yang memproduksi produk pakaian kasual. Kini tren pakaian kasual semakin hyped dan memiliki potensi yang tinggi. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah pesaing semakin bertambah, sehingga berdampak pada niat beli produk perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi pemasaran baru untuk meningkatkan niat beli produk garmen perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan manajer dan karyawan perusahaan, serta metode analisis dilakukan dengan metode Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, PT International Prospecta Garmindo berada di kuadran hold and maintain pada matriks IE dan Kuadran I pada Kuadran SWOT, sehingga dapat mencoba menggunakan alternatif strategi agresif dari hasil Matriks SWOT. Melalui analisis QSPM, strategi SO terbaik adalah mempertahankan dan meningkatkan posisi perusahaan, serta mempererat hubungan perusahaan dengan pelanggan.

Abstract

Student academic achievement is an important way to measure the quality of education in college. High academic achievement shows that students successfully the expected academic goals. This study aims to see how the academic achievement of students at XYZ Academy is influenced by the curriculum, faculty competence, and learning facilities. For this study, students were given a questionnaire and then the data was analyzed using double linear regression to find out the relationship between the variables studied. As for the population in this research, it’s a student at one of the vocational colleges in Tangerang Selatan and the sampling technique used or user is using saturated samplings. The results of the research show that the competence of lecturers and facilitations of learning have a positive and significant impact on the academic performance of students. Prestasi akademik mahasiswa merupakan cara penting untuk mengukur kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Prestasi akademik yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa siswa berhasil mencapai tujuan akademik yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah prestasi akademik mahasiswa di Akademi XYZ dipengaruhi oleh kurikulum, kompetensi dosen, dan fasilitas belajar. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa disalah satu perguruan tinggi vokasi di Tangerang Selatan dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai atau digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Untuk penelitian ini, mahasiswa diberikan kuesioner lalu data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dosen dan fasilitas belajar berdampak positif dan signifikan pada prestasi akademik mahasiswa.
