Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh tidak langsung melalui disiplin kerja pegawai Palang Merah Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 36 pegawai PMI sebagai responden. Pendekatan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja. Kepemimpinan, motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja berpengruh positif terhadap kinerja. Disiplin kerja memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja. This study aims to analyze the direct influence of leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee performance as well as indirect influence through the work discipline of Indonesia Red Cross employees. The research was carried out by taking primary data, namely distributing questionnaires to 36 PMI employees as respondents. The research approach is a quantitative approach where data analysis is carried out by path analysis. Research has found that leadership and intrinsic motivation have a positive effect on work discipline. Leadership, intrinsic motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on performance. Work discipline mediates the influence of leadership and intrinsic motivation on performance.
