<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan karyawan di dunia pendidikan. Objek penelitian adalah guru dan karyawan di lembaga Pendidikan berjumlah 59 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesuiner berupa google form. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan program statistik SmartPLS 3.0 untuk analisis model struktural. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru dan karyawan. The research aims to find out how the influence of the physical work environment and the school principal's leadership improves the performance of teachers and employees in the world of education. The object of the study was 59 teachers and employees in educational institutions. Data collection using questionnaires in the form of google forms. This research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical program for structural model analysis. The results of the study show that the physical work environment and leadership of school principals have a positive influence on the performance of teachers and employees.]]>
