ABSTRACTThis article describes the programs at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Sumberjati Kadur Pamekasan which tend to build the personality of students. These programs provide the values of discipline and good moral habits. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the implementation of moral education is carried out directly by ustadz and Muslim teachers. The inhibiting factors include the awareness of the students, the diversity of the students and limited infrastructure. Meanwhile, the supporting factor is cooperation between the ustadz, Muslim teachers and the students in forming the students' personalities. ABSTRAKArtikel ini menguraikan program-program di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum Sumberjati Kadur Pamekasan yang bertendensi membangun kepribadian santri. Program-program tersebut memberikan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan dan pembiasaan akhlak yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan Akhlak dilakukan langsung oleh ustadz dan muallim. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi kesadaran para santri, beragamnya santri serta keterbatasan sarana prasarana. Sedangkan faktor pendukungnya yaitu kerjasama antara ustadz, muallim dan para santri dalam membentuk kepribadian santri.
