<![CDATA[This research was conducted at Head Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) with the aim of analyzing the influence of training, work experience and leadership partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The population is 607 employees who work in the company and the sample was taken using a random sample, namely the Slovin formula, so that the total sample used was 86 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data sources used are secondary data, data collection techniques use literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that training, work experience and leadership partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. There is a strong correlation between training, work experience and leadership with performance of 61.6% and the remaining 38.40% can be explained by other variables not studied, such as incentives, training, career development and so on.]]>
