Abstract

This research was conducted at Head Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) with the aim of analyzing the influence of training, work experience and leadership partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The population is 607 employees who work in the company and the sample was taken using a random sample, namely the Slovin formula, so that the total sample used was 86 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data sources used are secondary data, data collection techniques use literature studies, surveys and observations. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results show that training, work experience and leadership partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. There is a strong correlation between training, work experience and leadership with performance of 61.6% and the remaining 38.40% can be explained by other variables not studied, such as incentives, training, career development and so on.

Abstract

. Employee performance can be seen from the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to examine the influence of work ability, work commitment and teamwork on employee performance. The sample in this study was 40 permanent employees in the Out Bound Division of PT JNE EXPRESS Medan Main Branch. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software tools. The partial research results show that work ability has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance, work commitment has no partial significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous research results show that work ability, work commitment and teamwork on employee performance.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine whether individual characteristics and motivation affect employee performance at the Ketawawaka Waka Bread Business Unit, Siantar City. The data analysis technique used is the associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 19 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 30 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the hypothesis test with a t-count value of 3.649> t-table of 2.05 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the hypothesis test with a t-count value of 14.490> t-table of 2.05 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Individual characteristics and motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, this can be seen from the value of the F count of 394.654 which is greater than 3.35.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pepperlunc Medan with the aim of determining the influence of work experience, work enthusiasm and job promotion on employee performance. The population is 41 employees working in the company and the sampling is done with saturated samples so that the number of samples is 41 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data, while the data source comes from secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies, surveys, and direct observation. The data analysis methods used include multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The findings show that work experience, work enthusiasm, and job promotion have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both separately and simultaneously. There is a sufficient correlation between work experience, work enthusiasm and job promotion with performance, while the contribution of the influence of the variables studied is 30.4%, while the remaining 69.6% comes from other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Pematang Serai, Kecamatan Tanjung Pura, Kabupaten Langkat, dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di era digital. Era digital menuntut UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Sosialisasi ini mencakup berbagai aspek pengelolaan SDM, termasuk penggunaan platform digital untuk rekrutmen, pelatihan, manajemen kinerja, dan komunikasi internal. Melalui kegiatan ini, pelaku UMKM diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperkuat daya saing usaha mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan pelatihan praktis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola SDM secara lebih efektif dengan bantuan teknologi digital. Peserta juga diajak untuk memahami dan memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital yang dapat membantu mereka dalam mengelola SDM dengan lebih efisien dan efektif. Dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM dapat memperkuat daya saing mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif melalui pengelolaan SDM yang lebih baik dan berbasis teknologi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terkait penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan SDM. Sosialisasi ini berhasil membuka wawasan baru bagi para pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya adaptasi teknologi untuk keberlangsungan dan perkembangan usaha mereka di era digital.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved from this service is the application of the digital economy through e-commerce and fintech for MSME actors in Kota Pari Village. Then it is hoped that the community/MSME actors will be able to understand that this digital economic transformation is used for the turnover of economic activities so that it will increase the income of business actors in the Pandemic Era so that the products offered are not only marketed in the local area but also internationally. Business actors are increasingly aware of this digital economic transformation, so it is hoped that they will be able to increase their income through product sales by increasing production, expanding sales areas in e-commerce that are already available on the android application. This service activity plan will be carried out for 1 day with counseling with the theme of Education on Digital Economy Transformation Through E-commerce and Fintech in increasing the income of business actors in the COVID-19 Pandemic Era in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency and evaluating the results by re-observing the community/MSME actors by looking at the income results and the level of purchasing power of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how employee performance assessments and discipline affect job promotions. PT. Population on study This is all employees of PT Graha Bara Lestari Jakarta totaling 40 respondents. The number of samples taken was 40 respondents. The side technique used was saturated sampling (census). This study was conducted in 2024. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to produce primary-quantitative data which is then processed with SPSS version 25 with the method multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the assessment of work performance and employee discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the promotion of PT Graha Bara Lestari Jakarta. The results of the t-test show that the assessment of work performance has a regression value of 0.311, t-value = 2.081 and significant = 0.000. Employee discipline has a regression value of 0.204 has a t-value = 1.917 and significant = 0.000. The results of the determination coefficient test of 94.7 % of job promotion can be explained and obtained from the assessment of work performance and employee discipline while the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, in managing Human Resources (HR) in the digital era. The digital era requires MSMEs to adapt to information and communication technology in order to increase efficiency and productivity. This socialization covers various aspects of HR management, including the use of digital platforms for recruitment, training, performance management, and internal communication. Through this activity, MSMEs are expected to be able to utilize digital technology to strengthen their business competitiveness. The methods used in this socialization include lectures, interactive discussions, and practical training. The results of this activity show an increase in the understanding and skills of MSMEs in managing HR more effectively with the help of digital technology. Participants are also invited to understand and utilize various digital platforms that can help them manage HR more efficiently and effectively. With this socialization activity, it is hoped that MSMEs can strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market through better and technology-based HR management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the understanding and skills of participants regarding the use of digital technology in HR management. This socialization has succeeded in opening up new insights for MSME actors regarding the importance of technology adaptation for the sustainability and development of their businesses in the digital era.
