. Employee performance can be seen from the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This research aims to examine the influence of work ability, work commitment and teamwork on employee performance. The sample in this study was 40 permanent employees in the Out Bound Division of PT JNE EXPRESS Medan Main Branch. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software tools. The partial research results show that work ability has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance, work commitment has no partial significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance.
