Abstract: Becoming a content creator is very popular nowadays. Many activities are made into content and then broadcast on YouTube. One of them is conducting interviews with sources who are considered to be of interest to the public through podcasts. Cooperative principle requires speakers to act cooperatively so that the interlocutor can understand what is being said, so it is very necessary in interviews. Compliance or violation of cooperative principles will determine the smoothness and outcome of the interview. Apart from that, something that cannot be avoided is the use of several different languages when speaking, which results in code switching and code mixing, including during interviews. This research aims to examine the implementation of the cooperaative principles as well as code switching and code mixing in Melaney Ricardo's video podcast, dated June 3 2022, with the title Angelina Sondakh's Reasons for Changing Religion Revealed. The method used is qualitative by collecting data and the results are presented descriptively. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there were expressions that showed compliance and violation of cooperative principle. Apart from that, expressions were also found which constitute code switching and code mixing.
