This study aims to see the effect of  Organizational culture on organizational change at the Pesisir Bukit Camat Office. Leadership on organizational change at the Pesisir Bukit Camat Office. Organizational culture, leadership, and human capital together have a positive effect on organizational change at the Pesisir Bukit Camat Office.
