Abstract

Abstract: Of the many online shop applications that are currently developing in Indonesia, the TikTok (Tiktok Shop) application is starting to become widely known, especially among the people of North Sumatra. Tiktok shop also offers many items that can be purchased ranging from clothing, cosmetics, beauty equipment, electronics, books, to other household necessities. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of Information Systems, Information Quality, and Service Quality on User Satisfaction in the Tiktok E-Commerce Application. The type of research used in this research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 96 respondents who were users of the TikTok e-commerce application in North Sumatra. The results of this research show that the information system (X1) has an effect on user satisfaction, the information quality variable (X2) has an effect on user satisfaction and the Information System, Information Quality and Service Quality together on user satisfaction of the TikTok e-commerce application in North Sumatra Toba Samosir Regency Keywords: information systems, information quality, service quality, and user                 satisfaction Abstrak: Dari banyaknya aplikasi online shop yang sangat berkembang di Indonesia saat ini, aplikasi tiktok (tiktok shop) mulai banyak dikenal khususnya di kalangan masyarakat Sumatera Utara. Tiktok shop juga menawarkan banyak barang yang dapat di beli mulai dari pakaian, kosmetik, alat kecantikan, elektronik, buku, sampai kebutuhan rumah tangga lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk megetahui pengaruh dari Sistem Informasi, Kualitas Informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna pada aplikasi e-commerce Tiktok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden pengguna aplikasi e-commerce tiktok di Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, variabel kualitas informasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan Sistem Informasi, Kualitas Informasi, dan Kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi e-commerce tiktok di Sumatera Utara Kabupaten Toba Samosir Kata kunci: sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan pengguna
