Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic outbreak that has hit countries around the world has had a huge impact on all sectors, one of which is the decline and improvement that has occurred in the economic sector which has had a very negative impact on a number of multinational companies due to difficulties with the delivery of raw materials, and the distribution of goods that have been hampered because of the existence of large-scale restrictions that occurred in many countries, especially in Indonesia. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is one of the largest multinational companies in Indonesia, no different from other multinational and national companies, the company PT Unilever Indonesia also experienced a decrease in profits when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, there were strategies carried out by PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk to maintain selling its products, one of which is by making product packaging smaller so that prices are more affordable and selling through social media which is very helpful in the process of selling products owned by PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This journal discusses indications of performance based on financial ratios Profitability (NPM), Liquidity (CR), Activity (TATO) and Solvability Ratio (DER) at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. In the first quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2022, from when the co-19 pandemic hit the world and until after the covid-19 pandemic. Abstrak Wabah Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Negara diseluruh dunia memberikan dampak yang sanagt besar dalam segala sektor, salah satunya yaitu penurunan dan perlambatan yang terjadi pada sektor perekonomian sangatlah berdampak negative di sejumlah perusahaan multinasional karena adanya kendala kesulitan pengiriman bahan baku, dan pendistribusian barang yang terhambat karena adanya Pembatasan Skala Besar-Besaran yang terjadi di banyak Negara terutama di Indonesia. PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk adalah salah sau perusahaan multinasional terbesar di Indonesia, tak berbeda dengan perusahaan multinasional dan nasional lain, perusahaan PT Unilever Indonesia juga mengalami penurunan Laba pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 melanda terdapat strategi-strategi yang dilakukan oleh PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk untuk mempertahankan penjualan produk-produknya yaitu salah satunya dengan cara membuat kemasan produk lebih kecil sehingga harga lebih terjangkau dan mlakukan penjualan melalui media sosial yang dirasa sangat membantu dalam proses penjualan produk-produk yang dimiliki oleh PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Pada triwulan petama tahun 2019 sampai dengan Triwulan ketiga tahun 2022 yaitu dari saat pandemi covid-19 melanda dunia dan sampai pasca pandemic covid19.
