Branding is the process of creating a company's brand or image in the eyes of society. Depending on the benefits of each product, each business must implement a unique branding strategy. A brand can consist of a single factor or a combination of factors, such as names, terms, signs, symbols, or designs, to identify a product or service provided by the seller (or a group of vendors) and distinguish it from its competitors. The focus of this study is the branding strategy employed by PT YKK Zipper Indonesia. The objective is to observe how PT YKK Zipper Indonesia carries out its branding procedure. This study contains qualitative descriptive research. With this study, researchers would like to find out how PT YKK Zipper Indonesia builds its brand, so that it can build trust with customers through its sales strategies and have advantages in the products it sells to make the community aware of its brand.
