Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Supervision and Motivation on Productivity at Al-Hidayah Lestari Vocational School Jakarta. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population is 43 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of samples in this study is 43 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the Supervision variable on Productivity at SMK Al-Hidayah Lestari Jakarta. This is evidenced by the ttable > tcount value, which is 6,484 > 2,021 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of the Motivation variable on Productivity at SMK Al-Hidayah Lestari Jakarta. This is evidenced by the t-valueof t-calculation > ttable, which is 8.771 > 2.021 with a probability value (significance) = 0.000, which is below 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Supervision and Motivation variables on Productivity at SMK Al-Hidayah Lestari Jakarta This is evidenced by the value of Fcalculating>F table which is 51,620 > 3.23.
