Habituation in education is very necessary because psychologically students often imitate their behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habits are also no less important in learning activities. This is because knowledge or behavior obtained through habituation is very difficult to change or eliminate, therefore this method is very useful for training children. Students' moral development is carried out at the Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten using the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching method. The service method is used as a research method that describes the phenomena that occur, data sources are obtained through school principals, teachers and children's parents. Analysis was carried out by referring to the stages of tabulation, coding and labeling of data. The results of the service show that the implementation of children's moral development through the habituation method includes the basic principles of Islamic teachings, namely aqidah (faith), sharia (Islam) and morals (Ihsan). The habituation method is carried out through repeated and continuous habituation of the child's behavior or moral attitude. Apart from teacher indoctrination at school, the role of parents is also important so that children become accustomed to the Islamic teachings taught at school, but this role will not be optimal if parental involvement is not complete development of children's behavior and morals
