This year's community outreach program focuses on helping the community, especially the young generation in Indonesia, aged 15-30 years, in dealing with mental health problems. These problems can include depression, trauma, stress, etc. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the PKM program can be implemented using an internet network (online). We focus on the two most influential social media sites with the largest number of users aged between 15 and 30 years in Indonesia, namely Twitter and Instagram. This activity is carried out in three stages, which include: planning stage, implementation stage, and reflection stage. The result of this community service is the implementation of two-way mental health education and counseling activities. Communication occurs between the promotional target group (partners) and superiors (clinical psychologists), giving rise to an active and interactive attitude. MENFESS (Mental Health Confession) offers user accounts where followers have a place to tell their stories and educate their mental health community
