This study aims to determine how much influence the suitability of work placement has on employee performance at the Pontianak Main Branch Office of Bank Kalbar. This study uses quantitative methods, with a population of employees of the West Kalimantan Main Branch Office of Pontianak and a sample of 45 respondents with Accidental Sampling. The test tools used are validity, reliability, mean, simple linear regression and f test. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis, supported by statistical tests, using the SPSS Version 25 program.Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the value of sig. for the variable X has an effect on Y of 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 89.200 > 4.07. Thus, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between the X variable (Fitness of Work Placement) and Y (Performance) at the Pontianak Main Branch Office of Bank Kalbar
