<![CDATA[This research aims to look at the impact of job satisfaction on performance, as well as the impact of job satisfaction on performance through work discipline in cleaning service employees at PT Sasana Duta Millenia. This research investigates the phenomenon using a quantitative approach by collecting information through a 4-point Likert scale survey, involving 76 respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique, with the conclusion that overall performance was influenced by job satisfaction and work discipline. The research results show that job satisfaction has a positive and quite significant impact on performance, but job satisfaction has a negative impact on performance when influenced by work discipline of PT Sasana Duta Millenia cleaning service employees. Keywords: Job satisfaction ; Work discipline ; Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, serta dampak kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja pada karyawan cleaning service di PT Sasana Duta Millenia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki fenomena menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi melalui survei berskala Likert 4 poin, yang melibatkan 76 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan diperoleh kesimpulan kinerja secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berdampak positif dan cukup signifikan terhadap kinerja, tetapi kepuasan kerja memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kinerja ketika dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja pada karyawan cleaning service PT Sasana Duta Millenia.
