<![CDATA[Division of inheritance is a very important aspect of Islamic law. The study aims to analyze the provisions of the inheritance of husbands and wives in Islamic law, as well as how these principles are applied in practice. The method used is qualitative with a literary study approach. This study examines the verses of the Qur'an, the Hadith, and the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars. The results of the research show that the Islamic law of inheritance regulates a fair distribution, with proportions that depend on the circumstances of the other heirs. Examples of applications discussed show variations in the application of this inheritance law among Muslim communities. [Pembagian warisan merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketentuan warisan suami dan istri dalam hukum Islam, serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini diterapkan dalam praktik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. penelitian ini mengkaji ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, Hadis, serta pendapat para ulama klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum waris Islam mengatur pembagian yang adil, dengan proporsi yang bergantung pada keadaan ahli waris lainnya.
