This study aims to determine the Inhibiting Factors for Entering Personnel Data at the Toto Kabila Regional General Hospital, Bone Bolango Regency. With a research focus, namely competence, supporting facilities, and data accuracy. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are: Observation, Interview and secondary data recording. In accordance with the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that: Overall the research inhibiting factors for entering personnel data at the Toto Kabila Regional General Hospital, Bone Bolango Regency, which was seen from the three aspects studied such as competence, supporting facilities, and data accuracy that the most dominant inhibiting factor was supporting facilities. The things that are suggested in this study are the need for the leadership of the Toto Kabila Hospital in the implementation of employee data input to pay attention to the competence of the officers, the supporting facilities used, and the accuracy of the data used, so that the tasks are more effective in their implementation, and can be accounted for.
