Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui Strategi pemasaran produk tabungan Bohusami di Bank PT. Bank SulutGo cabang Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang di ajukan kepada sejumlah informan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan fokus penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh bank SulutGo cabang Gorontalo untuk memasarkan produk tabungan Bohusami belum sepenuhnya efektif dijalankan dan belum dilakukan secara optimal dan terukur dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah. Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki masih kurang pada bagian marketing dan belum paham tentang strategi-strategi marketing yang baik untuk produk tabungan Bohusami. Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh bank sulutGo dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan pemasaran belum memadai sehingga kegiatan pemasaran belum optimal dilakukan. Persaingan Produk tabungan yang sejenis sehingga menimbulkan kecenderungan penurunan market share tabungan. Promo-promo yang dilakukan oleh bank sulutGo untuk produk tabungan Bohusami kurang kreatif dan kurang meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menabung. Disarankan kepada bank SulutGo cabang Gorontalo Meningkatkan SDM pemasaran, meningkatkan fasilitas penunjang kegiatan pemasaran, menambah fitur-fitur menarik produk tabungan Bohusami. Meningkatkan kreatifitas kegiatan promosi yang sudah dilakukan agar produk lebih dapat bersaing dengan produk kompetitor. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Produk Tabungan

Abstract

Keterbatasan kemampuan dalam mengelola lingkungan yang memiliki potensi di sektor pariwisata, merupakan gambaran bahwa masyarakat masih minim akan sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni. Apabila dilihat berdasarkan potensi Desa Lembah Hijau memiliki panorama pesisir laut yang sangat indah. Namun keindahan itu, sirna dengan kurangnya kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelolanya. Hal itu tercermin dari beberapa masalah diantaranya adalah, wilayah pesisir Laut yang berada di Desa Lembah Hijau seakan-akan menjadi tempat yang tidak berpenghuni dan limbah sampah masyarakat yang banyak bertebaran dimana-mana. Secara garis besar faktor yang mempengaruhi keterbatasan SDM masyarakat Desa Lembah Hijau yaitu kemampuan SDM yang rendah diakibatkan oleh tingakat Pendidikan yang masih jauh dari harapan. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian ini, menggunakan pendekatan  fenomenologis berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan yang melibatkan Dosen dan Mahasiswa serta 15 orang pemuda yang berada di Desa Lembah Hijau Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Adapun hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan adanya potensi wilayah pesisir sebagai sumber pendapatan UMKM Lokal.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah penerapan Daily Evaluation System (De’Sys) belum berjalan secara optimal, hal ini dikarenakan oleh beberapa hal seperti rendahnya kemampuan ASN, Fasilitas Jaringan yang belum memadai dan kurangnya kesadaran pegawai dalam penggunaan aplikasi De’sys. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Aplikasi De’Sys dalam Penginputan Administrasi TPP di Kantor Camat Kabila Bone. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, kemampuan ASN dalam penginputan SKP dan desys secara online belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari banyaknya ASN yang tidak melakukan penginputan laporan melalui aplikasi De’sys secara tepat waktu. Fasilitas jaringan dalam penginputan SKP dan desys secara online belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari jaringan internet yang sering mati dan rendahnya daya atau kapasitas jaringan internet. Kesadaran pegawai dalam penginputan SKP dan desys secara online belum optimal. Hal ini terlihat dari adanya sebahagian kecil ASN yang tidak melakukan penginputan laporan kinerja secara online melalu aplikasi De’sys secara tepat waktu

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to find out more about how village government policies support rural community empowerment programs through the utilization of the Village Fund Budget in Tanggilingo Village. This researcher uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. This data collection was carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines submitted to a number of informants. The results of the study show that the village government does not involve the community in MSME activity programs. In the stages of the empowerment program that utilize village budget funds that are not as planned. Unclear information about the village budget. What the village government is doing is still lacking because the government only steps down once a year. It is suggested that the village government should involve the community in planning the empowerment program. The village government provides assistance in every community empowerment program. The village government is more open and delivers the budget used in the empowerment program that utilizes the Village Fund. The village government evaluates on a scale so that the empowerment program runs well.Keywords: Utilization of village funds, community empowermentAbstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana kebijakan pemerintah desa dalam menunjang program pemberdayaan masyarakat pedesaan melalui pemanfaatan Anggaran Dana Desa di Desa Tanggilingo. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif pendekatan Kualitatif. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang diajukan kepada sejumlah informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemerintah desa kurang melibatkan masyarakat di dalam program kegiatan UMKM. Di dalam tahapan program pemberdayaan yang memanfaatkan dana desa anggaran yang tidak sesuai yang direncanakan. Informasi yang kurang jelas tentang anggaran dana desa. Yang dilakukan pemerintah desa masih kurang karena pemerintah hanya turun satu tahun satu kali saja. Disarankan pemerintah Desa harus melibatkan masyarakat di dalam perencanaan program pemberdayaan. Pemerintah desa melakukan pendampingan di dalam setiap program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pemerintah desa lebih terbuka dan melakukan penyampaian terhadap anggaran yang digunakan dalam program pemberdayaan yang memanfaatkan Dana Desa. Pemerintah desa melakukan evaluasi secara berskala agar program pemberdayaan berjalan dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan dana desa,pemberdayaan masyarakat

Abstract

Importance of UMKM For the development of the region, the village agreed to provide guidance to the community so that they are optimistic about doing business and do not give up easily when faced with failure. . You need to keep your marketing strategy in place. This non-profit service aims to provide the community with the knowledge to increase their income through their MSME business. The method used by this service is socialization. With regards to implementation outcomes, the community understands what is given by resource personnel: innovating and enhancing business leadership to increase profits. Governments can make efforts to facilitate access to capital for implementers of communities, especially MSMEs, and to provide technical guidance for the establishment of new MSMEs within subdistrict governments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of Village Heads in Overcoming Floods in Monas Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research consists of three focuses, namely Coordinator, Motivator and supervision. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study concluded that the coordinator carried out with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), BPD, and the head of the hamlet about flood management in Monas Village was not optimal, so that in the event of a flood, BPBD was considered slow in preparing emergency response places or posts, setting up public kitchens, providing basic needs for the community. The village government also lacks monitoring of the condition of the area and environment in Monas village. Lack of dredging and installation of fugitives in flood-affected areas. The motivator carried out by the Village Head in flood management in Monas Village has not been optimal. This can be seen from the lack of participation between the village government and the community in tackling floods, supervision in tackling floods in Monas Village has not been optimal. This can be seen from the attitude or habit of the community who always throw garbage in the river area, the participation of people in flood-affected areas is still very low, the village government rarely checks environmental conditions such as river conditions, waterways and others so that the community also lacks the encouragement to maintain or maintain the cleanliness of the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors in the disbursement of BPJS receivables in improving financial performance at hospitals. Multazam Gorontalo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the inhibiting factor for the disbursement of BPJS receivables in improving financial performance at Multazam Hospital from the HR aspect was that the number of coding officers was only 1 person to verify BPJS patient files and had not recruited due to limited human resources who were experts in coding. The aspect of file completeness, the rate of return of files by BPJS is 5-10% of the total files submitted. Claims that have been revised will be included in new claims submitted to BPJS Health before the 10th. The budget availability aspect for BPJS Health is experiencing a budget deficit caused by participants who are in arrears or do not pay monthly premium contributions. With the disbursement of delayed BPJS patient claim funds, since 2020 the Multazam Hospital has used the SCF program to improve cash flow. It is suggested that the Multazam Hospital needs to recruit coding staff, conduct training related to verification of BPJS patient files (coding system), minimize the return of claim files and complete them in a timely manner, use the integrated BPJS patient claim file application, utilize the supply chain financing (SCF) program from the government effectively and efficiently as possible to maintain cash flow and hospital operations

Abstract

This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study aims to obtain and know an overview of the Education and Training Improvement Policy (PIM-4) for State Civil Apparatus at the Education and Culture Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of this study indicate that the synchronization of employee placement has not run optimally and has not complied with standard operating procedures, there is a problem of lack of coordination from the leadership and the agency in terms of placement, the budget for education and training activities is very lacking, so the participant quota must be reduced because it adjusts the budget available at SKPD, poor coordination carried out by each employee is limited and there is a lack of coordination because in making decisions on placement and training policies it is not in accordance with the scientific field. Suggestions need to be improved regarding data synchronization, budget additions, and coordination so that the Improvement of Education and Training (PIM-4) for State Civil Servants at the Education and Culture Office of North Bolaang Mongondow Regency can run optimally

Abstract

This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach while the purpose of the study is to find out firsthand how the efforts of the eternal dian store in maintaining customer interest by using the focus including price, location and availability of goods. Based on the results of the study concluded that; Efforts made by the eternal dian store in Gorontalo city from the aspect of price are quite good because they are still the same as market prices. However, there are also consumers who are not satisfied with this price at Toko Dian Abadi so that they make customers buy at other stores. The location of Toko Dian Abadi is very good and strategic, but when the construction of the central market area becomes an obstacle for the shop owner. Customer access to the building location of Toko Dian Abadi gorontalo city. The availability of goods at Dian Abadi Store is still not optimal, the items needed by consumers are not all available at Dian Abadi Store so that consumers go to other stores. It is recommended for Dian Abadi Store to be able to maintain equal price competitiveness with building stores in Gorontalo, Pay attention to the location of the store during the construction of the central market, Pay attention to the availability of goods at Dian Abadi Store so that customers do not go to other stores

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Utilization of Regional Assets in Supporting Public Services at the Batudaa Pantai Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency. With sub-focus research namely coordination, maintenance, and supervision. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are: Observation techniques, interviews and recording secondary data. In accordance with the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that, the results of research on the Utilization of Regional Assets in Supporting Public Services seen from the aspects of coordination, maintenance, and supervision are still lacking or not effectively carried out in supporting public services at the Batudaa Pantai Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency. The things suggested in this study are the need for the findings of the problems identified in this study such as lack of coordination, lack of asset maintenance, and ineffective supervision can be used as benchmarks or recommendations for improving asset utilization in improving public services.
