<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the inhibiting factors for inputting certified teacher data at the Education Office of North Gorontalo Regency. The focus in this research is, human resources, completeness of files, and supporting facilities. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with a number of informants, observation and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the human resources that carried out data collection for certified teachers were not optimal. This can be seen from the very limited number of human resources or the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and lack of computer and network (IT) skills, thus hampering or slowing down the process of inputting teacher data. The completeness of the certified teacher data file is not optimal. This is due to the uncooperativeness of some teachers in completing the file in accordance with existing provisions and the lack of socialization related to changes in the completeness of the teacher certification data file. The supporting facilities for the certified teacher data input process are not optimal. This can be seen from the absence of supporting equipment such as generators as an alternative solution in the event of a power outage. It is suggested that it is necessary to improve the quality and quantity of certified teacher data entry officers by adding new officers who master IT-based computer operations. It takes awareness and cooperation of teachers to be more cooperative in completing the filing as stipulated. The need to add supporting facilities such as generators, computers, networks so that the process of inputting certified teacher data can be more optimal.]]>
