This study aims to analyze the application of risk management processes in government internal control at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Bekasi Regency as a form of evaluation and additional insight into the application of risk management in the government. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach that is descriptive with data sourced from observations, interviews, and literature studies. The conclusion of this study shows that there are several problems in the implementation of risk management in Bappeda Bekasi Regency, especially related to the understanding of Bappeda's Human Resources (HR) in understanding the risk management process. Therefore, various training and mentoring efforts are needed continuously to improve the capacity of Bappeda Bekasi Regency human resources to compile and implement risk management processes.
