This study aims to determine the Application of Health Insurance for Officers at the Agus Salim Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) in Gorontalo City. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The use of this method is carried out with the author's consideration that the variable to be studied is single, namely describing the Application of Health Insurance for the Agus Salim Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) Officer, Gorontalo City. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with a number of predetermined informants. To complete the data collected through interviews, the authors also made observations and recorded secondary data. Based on the analysis, the results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) Health Insurance has not been fully implemented by company leaders, giving rise to internal conflicts that lead to decreased employee performance, which of course will incur additional costs if something happens at work. . It is suggested to the leadership to implement labor social security for their employees in the form of protection guarantees such as insurance.
