Public services are very crucial for producing good and dignified government, in line with ensuring that the needs of a more inclusive society are achieved. Public services in the context of this research refer to services in the health sector provided by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). This research aims to determine the quality of public services in terms of professionalism, attitude, ease of access, reliability, guarantees in case of errors, and trust using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that from the aspects of professionalism, attitude, ease of access, reliability, guarantees in case of errors, and trust show good results and overall these aspects have had good results, however there are still several challenges that need to be overcome, especially in responsiveness and education about blood donors.
