As time goes by and with the increasing level of intellectuality and quality of life, the dimensions of education become increasingly complex, and teachers should have adequate behavior and competence to develop students as a whole. The purpose of this study is to know, analyze, and know the impact of increasing teacher competence through Mastery of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Pandeanlamper 03 Public Elementary School, Semarang City. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative with observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this study, namely that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can improve teacher competence, and the results of observations in cycle I have shown an increase even though they have not been able to reach the predetermined success indicators, but on the contrary, the results of cycle II show a significant increase so that they are able to achieve the indicators of success. Keywords: teacher competence, mastery, information and communication technology ABSTRAK Seiring berjalannya waktu dan dengan semakin pesatnya tingkat intelektualitas dan kualitas kehidupan, dimensi pendidikan yang semakin kompleks, guru seharusnya memilki perilaku dan kompetensi yang memadai untuk mengembangkan peserta didik secara utuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan menganalisis serta mengetahui dampak Peningkatkan Kompetensi Guru melalui Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pandeanlamper 03 Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu melalui Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta hasil observasi pada siklus I telah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan walaupun belum bisa mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan namun sebaliknya hasil siklus II menunjukan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga mampu mencapai indicator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan.
