This research aims to find out how information and communication technology (ICT) as a learning resource for students in primary schools. The subjects of this research are gugu and learners in primary school. This research method uses literature study method. The main source is a journal that is relevant to the topic of discussion. Based on the results of the literature review, it is concluded that the use of ICT-based media in learning in elementary schools can improve student learning outcomes. The application of ICT-based learning can help teachers in designing and developing learning based on the learning curriculum. The use of technology-based media in learning can increase student interest in learning and improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, Information and Communication Technology plays a major role in impacting the utilisation of learning resources in Primary Schools.
