AbsractThe problem taken by this study was whether was an increase in heading learning outcomes in soccer using plastic balls class 7 A grade students in pontianak 11 th based on the problem this study aimed to improve learning outcomes of soccer heading using plastic balls.The method taken in this study was the class action research method (CAR) in the form of a singel cycle and the two population cycle in this study was a class with a number of tweny-six students sampling in this study using observation which amounted to twenty-six studenBased on the results of this study pre cycly data 26 students show there 15 students who are not complet. Percentage only completeness 38% results of cycle one research there are fifteen students with values below 75 only 15 learners who stated that he got the above average scor 75. Cycle 2 get a value brlow KKM with the percentage 57% Keywords :Improving Plastic Ball Soccer Heading
