<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by school teachers during pandemic at SDN 02 Simpang Hulu. The general problem in this research is how difficult it is for teachers to learn during the pandemic at SDN 02 Simpang Hulu. The research approach used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Data collection tools are observation guide, interview guide, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that (1) the difficulties of teachers in making lesson plans are related to the problem of limited learning time allocation so that not all processes in the lesson plans are conveyed (2) the difficulties of teachers in the process of implementing learning, namely the occurrence of learning loss during distance learning and learning becomes inefficient because of the problem of limited time during face-to-face meetings (3) The difficulty of teachers in carrying out learning evaluations, namely the results of the distance learning system assessment are high but not the results themselves, whereas when face-to-face is limited, the child's grades return low because they do not get help from the internet or parents (4) efforts to overcome learning difficulties during the pandemic, namely lesson plans adapted to learning conditions during the pandemic, providing full control while at school, additional learning, repetition, and remedial.]]>
