<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the work productivity ofemployees of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma Borders of West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan.The research method uses an expost facto approach and a survey with a descriptivemethod. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sari Bumi Kusuma Border ofWest Kalimantan Central Kalimantan and sampling technique using census samplingwith a total of 54 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews anddocumentation. The results of this study indicate: (1) Shows that employees feelmotivated enough to do their job (2) Productivity of employees of PT. Sari Bumi KusumaThe border of West Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan is quite high. (3) WorkMotivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity of. This is based onthe value of t arithmetic > t table (3.363 > 2.007) and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, then Ha is accepted.
