This application is designed for various purposes, such as inventory, time and attendance management, and document tracking. The application design process includes user needs analysis, interface design, back-end development, and integration with QR code technology. The prototype method is used during the system development stage. The programming language used is a hypertext preprocessor with a MySQL database, and a framework is used to ensure that the application behaves as expected and can provide effective solutions in data processing. The results of this design are expected to significantly contribute to operational efficiency, reduce human error in data entry, and increase the speed of accessing and managing information.
