<![CDATA[Humans, in living their social lives, are very susceptible to conflict, including in family life. Conflicts that occur in the family will have a negative impact on relationships between family members and also affect the stability and harmony of household life. In the Pentecostal community, conflict resolution approaches often require interventions that are not only psychological, but also based on spiritual values. This research aims to frame the role of pastoral counseling in resolving conflicts that occur in Pentecostal families. Through qualitative descriptive methods and literature studies, efforts are made to provide a strong picture of the world of marriage and its various problems, descriptions of pastoral counseling services, and the role of pastoral counseling in solving problems. It was concluded that pastoral counseling plays a role in solving problems through the role of mentoring, restoration role, problem solver and monitoring role. Abstrak: Manusia dalam menjalani kehidupan sosialnya, sangat rentan terjadi konflik tak terkecuali dalam kehidupan keluarga. Konflik yang terjadi di keluarga akan berdampak negatif pada hubungan antar anggota keluarga juga mempengaruhi stabilitas serta keharmonisan kehidupan rumah tangga. Dalam komunitas kaum Pentakostal, pendekatan penyelesaian konflik sering kali memerlukan intervensi yang tidak hanya bersifat psikologis, tetapi juga berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan membingkai peran konseling pastoral dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi di keluarga kaum Pentakostal. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif serta kajian literatur diupayakan bisa memberikan gambaran yang kuat tentang dunia pernikahan dan berbagai permasalahannya, deskripsi pelayanan konseling pastoral, serta peran konseling pastoral dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Disimpulkan bahwa konseling pastoral berperan dalam menyelesaikan masalah melalui peran pendampingan, peran restorasi, solver problem dan peran monitoring.Kata Kunci: Keluarga Kristiani; Konseling Pastoral; Teologi Pentakostal]]>
