<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menganalisis kemampuan literasi informasi masyarakat bantaran Sungai Ciliwung di kelurahan Cawang, Jakarta Timur, khususnya pada RT.02 dan RT.15/RW.03. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi informasi terkait banjir dan media yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dan kuesioner berdasarkan model UNESCO dan IFLA. Hasil menunjukkan masyarakat memiliki literasi tinggi, dengan perbedaan signifikan antara RT.02 dan RT.15 dalam evaluasi dan akses informasi. Google dan WhatsApp menjadi aplikasi utama untuk mencari informasi banjir. This study analyzes the information literacy skills of the community along the Ciliwung River in Cawang Village, East Jakarta, especially in RT.02 and RT.15 / RW.03. The aim is to determine the level of information literacy related to flooding and the media used. The method used was a survey and questionnaire based on the UNESCO and IFLA models. The results show that the community has high literacy, with significant differences between RT.02 and RT.15 in information evaluation and access. Google and WhatsApp are the main applications for finding flood information.]]>
