While the primary data collection technique through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS version 26 application system. The analysis method used in this research is regression analysis, determination analysis, t-test and f-test. Based on the results of t test research, it is obtained that the tcount for work discipline is 10.624> t table 1.986 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that partially there is a significant effect of work discipline on employees' work productivity.
