Abstract

Dairy is an industry in the food manufacturing sector that has priority for development in Indonesia. To maintain its quality, implementing health safety management as a standard operating procedure to create a safe and healthy company work environment. To create a safe and healthy work environment, all areas of the Dairy Company have been equipped with an active factory fire protection system, namely Light Fire Extinguishers (Fire Extinguisher). Even though the potential fire hazard rarely occurs in this company, Fire Extinguisher inspections within this company must still be carried out regularly to minimize the impact of a fire that might occur. The purpose of this study is to identify potential hazards and assess current fire extinguisher inspection procedures using observation methods and secondary data from documents and other archives. The results of this study indicate that the company has implemented safety and health management as evidenced by the company's regular inspections of fire extinguishers. From the results of examining these variables, which are in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 4 of 1998 is the maintenance of Fire Extinguisher which covers the condition of the pressure of the contents of the tube, seals, nozzle nozzle, installation, and condition of the Fire Extinguisher tube. The conclusion from this research is that the Dairy Factory has carried out inspections in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 4 of 1998.

Abstract

In the modern era, work pressure and work demands are getting higher, making it difficult for many employees to balance their work life and personal life (work-life balance). This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on job performance in Class IIB Brebes Penitentiary. This research is a type of quantitative research. In this study, the locus of Class IIB Brebes Correctional Institutions was taken. This research has a population of 59 employees and 30 employees of Class IIB Brebes Correctional Institution were taken as a sample. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 4 and processed using IMB SPSS. The results obtained are r = 0.819 and r2 = 0.671 which means that the relationship between variables is a strong positive. It is also known that the significance level is 0.000 <0.05. So that the Work-life balance variable and the job performance variable have a significant relationship. This means that work-life balance has an influence on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the law enforcement of criminal acts in Indonesia, as a country law , of course enforcement law that doesn't take sides has set in Constitution 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution where everyone is treated same in front law . Restorative justice is an alternative law enforcement approach that prioritizes solidarity, custom and culture, as regulated in the decision letter of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia concerning application of restorative justice . Study this is a qualitative research using approach juridical empirical. Approach juridical (law) seen as norm or das sollen, because in discuss problem study this use materials law (good written law _ nor law that doesn't written, as well as applying the theory of criminal politics (criminal law application, prepention without punishment, influencing views of society on crime and punishment) However , on practice principle justice this not yet perfect applied on system law in Indonesia. Enforcement process law in Indonesia is still just there is element discrimination or privilege on party certain in handling case. This study resulted in four things, namely: Forms of restorative justice on drug abuse, MUI decree against eating and drinking containing alcohol /ethanol. The conclusion of the study is that drug abuse is a victim of crime, drug law enforcement can only be carried out with prevention without punishment and rehabilitation methods which are the implementation of restorative justice, drugs can be interpreted as khomar and the law is haram.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about: Analysis of the Socio-Economic Impact of the Sembako Social Gathering Activities in Harapan Makmur Village, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency (Study of the Basic Food Arisan Contract seen from Sharia Economics). The research method in this paper is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the results are as follows: The practice of social gathering activities that took place in Harapan prosperous village, Rantau Sasau sub-district, Tanjung jabung district, Jambi Timur, was carried out with the aim of helping. Then the implementation is carried out in an indefinite period of time and there is no lottery system carried out in it because the determination of who will receive the arisan is adjusted to the needs of its members only. This basic food gathering activity has a positive impact on the social and economic aspects of the Harpan Makmur village community which is economically safe with this social gathering activity, the community is lightened in terms of the burden of the celebration costs and socially this arisan activity can also strengthen community relations, especially arisan members. Sharia Economic Review of the Basic Food Arisan Implementation Contract, the practice of organizing social gatherings has met the legal principles of Islamic muamalah, then what is in accordance with the basic food gathering practice for the celebration is a qardh contract.

Abstract

Jambi Province is one of the regions in Indonesia that continues to face the problem of poverty. Poverty can be seen as a condition of society with a weak economic level. This poverty is also affected by unemployment. This was examined by Cutler and Katz and Fowers found that the unemployment rate is positively related to the number of people below the poverty line or in other words the higher the unemployment rate, the greater the poverty rate. This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment on the level of poverty in the province of Jambi, the method is used descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the results can be concluded as follows: The results in this study are that in 2017 to 2021 unemployment has a positive and significant effect on poverty in Jambi.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a serious problem that violates human rights and affects the lives of many individuals in various countries, including Indonesia. The protection of human rights and the enforcement of family law are crucial in addressing this issue. The implementation of existing laws, cooperation between various relevant institutions, and education of the public about this issue are necessary steps to protect victims and prevent domestic violence. This research uses a literature review method to collect data and information from various literature sources relevant to the topics of family law and human rights protection in the context of domestic violence. The results show that domestic violence is a serious problem that needs to be addressed through effective protection and prevention efforts, including through laws, public education, and women empowerment.

Abstract

become a better society is very important, material and spiritual guidance must be carried out in a balanced manner, because this is a major thing in supporting prisoners easily in living their lives after completing their criminal period. The criminal treatment is considered to have a deterrent effect on perpetrators of criminal acts. However, in reality, providing a deterrent effect is not effective, this is evident from the many repetitions of criminal acts (recidive) in the community. This study discusses the implementation of the development of prisoners in the Correctional Institution and the effectiveness of the implementation of national and state awareness development for prisoners in the Class IIA Salemba Prison. Based on the articles in PP No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Guidance and Guidance of Correctional Inmates, the stages of coaching for prisoners are Early Stage Development, Advanced Stage Development, and Final Stage Coaching. In the Class IIA Salemba Prison, the factors that support the successful implementation of the process of Correctional Inmates at the Class IIA Salemba Prison are the condition of the employees and the condition of the occupants. Guidance at the Class IIA Salemba Prison is not effective due to overcapacity and limited facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The correctional system is a constructions based system, one of which is intellectual development which aims to realize the goals of correctional. Because intellectual intelligence is closely related to good attitudes and behavior. The research method used is a qualitative method. Intellectual development really needs to be done to prisoners, because with good intellectuals, someone can think abstractly, examine and act effectively and efficiently when carrying out their activities. However, the implementation of intellectual development in prisons in Indonesia is still lacking, which is constrained by several factors such as the lack of direction of guidance, inadequate facilities and also obstacles from the prisoners themselves, so that the intellectual development that has been carried out so far has not had an impact on the realization of the goals penitentiary system.

Abstract

Communication is needed by almost all human activities, wherever they are, they are always touched by communication. Education cannot run without the support of communication, even education can only work through communication. "In other words, there is no educational behavior that is not born by communication. How is it possible to educate people without communicating, teaching people without communicating or giving lectures without speaking. Everything needs communication.” 1 Without communicating human life will not run as a whole and will experience a problem, this is because human communication is not carried out properly. In the research that I am currently doing, I am conducting research at SMP Negeri 18 Medan. In this case I observed the behavior of every school member in Medan 18 Public Middle School, and to make it easier I took a sample of class IX students, every day I observed the way they communicated between friends, between students and teachers, and between students and students. other staff members. And I also conducted a question and answer discussion with class IX students with what subject matter each student liked the most and out of 11 subjects, almost 80% of both students liked sports subjects, and 20% others liked other subjects. And also I asked what subjects they disliked the most and out of 100% of class IX students 50% did not like Social Sciences subjects, the other 50% did not like Mathematics. And when carrying out the question and answer discussion, I also saw the way each student communicated, and I can conclude that each student has a unique personality when communicating with me. There were students who answered impressively as if they were used to being asked questions by other people, and there were also students who answered with embarrassment, maybe because these students were a little closed to their surroundings. And this is my biggest motivation in raising the title of this research, and I hope that through this research students at SMP Negeri 18.[1]With the new learning system, you can build a fun teaching and learning atmosphere. I tried to form one of the systems while making observations at SMP Negeri 18 Medan. I try to apply the question and answer discussion before the lesson begins. This plays an important role in shaping the attitude and character of a student when participating in education. Every student will have good self-confidence when they can understand lessons at school and of course they will be even more active for future lessons. This is one of the efforts to advance education in Indonesia in order to educate the life of the nation and state.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that occur in students majoring in Economics Education class of 2020 and 2021, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi University, Tasikmalaya, namely regarding the lifestyle they live, especially in a frugal or excessive lifestyle in economic matters. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method, and explanatory research design, as well as data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The population in this study were 218 students majoring in Economics Education class 2020 and 2021, then after carrying out the sampling technique there were 141 people. Sampling in this study used proportional random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant influence on the lifestyle, then the use of financial technology has a significant influence on the lifestyle, as well as personal financial management. significant influence on the lifestyle. Then overall financial literacy, the use of financial technology and personal financial management have a significant influence on the lifestyle of economic education students class 2020 and 2021. In this study the results obtained R Square 0.579 which means that the three independent variables have an influence of 57.9% on the dependent variable.
