<![CDATA[Abstract: The lack of understanding of husbands regarding contraceptives in Indonesia has resulted in low support from husbands in choosing contraceptives, one of which is the Intrauterine Contraceptive Device (IUD). This type of research is descriptive correlation with a crosssectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 95 Active Family Planning Acceptors in the Abang II Community Health Center Work Area. The results of the Spearman test analysis showed that the value of ρ value = 0.008 ρ < 0.05 concluded that there was a relationship between the husband's level of knowledge and his participation in selecting the IUD contraceptive device in the Abang II Health Center Work Area.Abstrak: Kurangnya pemahaman dari para suami terhadap alat kontrasepsi di Indonesia menyebabkan rendahnya dukungan dari suami dalam pemilihan alat kontrasepsi salah satunya adalah Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim (AKDR). Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan jenis purposive sampling dengan jumah sampel 95 orang Akseptor KB Aktif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Abang II. Hasil Analisis uji Spearman menunjukkan hasil nilai ρ value = 0,008 ρ < 0,05 disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetauan suami dengan peran serta dalam pemilihan Alat Kontrasepsi AKDR di Wilayah Kerja Puskesma Abang II.]]>
