Efektivitas Pelayanan Publik dalam Perspektif Good Governance di Era Digital

Abstract

As time and technology develop, the government must be able to adapt to face this phenomenon. The government can use this technology to become an innovation in public services which will make things easier for the public. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of public services in terms of Good Governance in the digital era. Effective and efficient public services are of course in line with the objectives of Good Governance, namely good governance. The success of digital-based public services can be seen from the aspects of community participation, human resource capacity, and the impact obtained by the community, therefore the author uses three indicators, namely support, capacity, and value. This research method uses a literature review or literature study which uses various related literature sources as research data. The research results show that from several case studies taken it can be said that the implementation of technology-based Good Governance in supporting the effectiveness of public services is said to be successful. Abstrak: Seiring berkembangnya zaman dan tekologi pemerintah harus mampu beradaptasi menghadapi fenomena tersebut. Pemerintah dapat menggunakan teknologi tersebut menjadi sebuah inovasi dalam pelayanan publik yang nantinya akan memudahkan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dari pelayanan publik yang ditinjau dari Good Governance di era digital. Pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien tentunya sejalan dengan tujuan Good Governance yaitu tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Keberhasilan dari pelayanan publik berbasis digital dapat dilihat dari aspek partisipasi masyarakat, kapasitas sumberdaya manusia,dan dampak yang didapat oleh masyarakat, oleh karena itu penulis menggunakan tiga indikator yaitu support, capacity, dan value. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka atau studi kepustakaan yang menggunakan berbagai sumber literatur terkait sebagai data penelitian..Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari beberapa studi kasus yang diambil dapat dikatakan bahwa penerapan Good Governance berbasis teknologi dalam menunjang efektivitas pelayanan publik dikatakan berhasil.
