Abstract

PT Utama Media Cemerlang utilizes social media to promote its products and services. This company offers two categories of service products, namely Event Management and Advertisement, these two product categories are offered via social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Email. Through a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. This research shows that strategic use of social media expands market reach and strengthens relationships with potential clients, which ultimately contributes positively to improving the Company's business performance. This research provides insight into the importance of the benefits of social media as an efficient and effective marketing tool for companies providing services in this digital era.
