<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penegakan pelanggaran kode etik profesi kepolisian negara republik indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara sebanyak 5 orang personil subbidang wabprof yang menangani perkara pelanggaran kode etik profesi polri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) efektivitas penegakan penegakkan pelanggaran kode etik profesi anggota kepolisian daerah sulawesi selatan adalah kurang efektif karena dengan adanya penjatuhan sanski terhadap personil polri yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran tidak sebanding dengan pelanggaran yang diperbuat; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penegakan pelanggaran kode etik anggota kepolisian daerah sulawesi selatan adalah faktor struktur hukum, faktor sarana dan fasilitas hukum serta faktor kesadaran hukum karena masih banyak anggota kepolisian khususnya di kepolisian daerah sulawesi selatan banyak melakukan pelanggaran. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of enforcing violations of the professional code of ethics for the police of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to use primary data through interviews with 5 WABPROF sub-sector personnel who handle cases of violations of the National Police's professional code of ethics. The results of this research show that: (1) the effectiveness of enforcing violations of the professional code of ethics for members of the South Sulawesi regional police is less effective because the imposition of sanctions on police personnel who are proven to have committed violations is not commensurate with the violations committed; (2) factors that influence the effectiveness of enforcing violations of the code of ethics for members of the South Sulawesi regional police are legal structure factors, legal means and facilities factors as well as legal awareness factors because there are still many police members, especially in the South Sulawesi regional police, who carry out many.]]>
