Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk menganaisis pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kantor Cabang Manado. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan hasil penyebaran kuesioner, serta menggunakan teknik analisis data yakni analisis path atau analisis jalur. Hasil temuan empirik bahwa sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil mediasi bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kantor Cabang Manado. This study aims to analyze the effect of management information systems and leadership styles on work motivation and employee performance, and to analyze the influence of management information systems and leadership styles on employee performance through work motivation at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Manado. Data collection techniques using the results of distributing questionnaires, and using data analysis techniques, namely path analysis or path analysis. The empirical findings are that management information systems have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, management information systems have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the mediation results show that work motivation can mediate the influence of management information systems and leadership style on employee performance at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch of Manado.
